CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PROPOSED BUILDING WHICH SHALL BE ESTABLISHED ON TWO PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED ALONG LOPEZ JAENA STREET, SUBANGDAKU, MANDAUE CITY, PROVINCE OF CEBU, AS AN EXPANSION OF THE EXISTING KRC IT ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as an expansion of the existing KRC IT Zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolutions Nos. 00-411 and 05-417 dated 29 December 2000 and 28 November 2005, respectively, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), a proposed building which shall be established on two parcels of land located along Lopez Jaena Street, Subangdaku, Mandaue City, Province of Cebu, with an aggregate area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINE (1,109) SQUARE METERS, as defined by the following technical descriptions:

A parcel of land (Lot 2616-C of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-181351, being a portion of Lot 2616, II-5121 Amd. 2 (Hacienda Mandaue) L.R.C. Rec. No. 4030), Situated in the Barangay of Subangdaku, City of Mandaue, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 2615, 11-5121 Amd. 2 (Hacienda Mandaue), on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 2613, 11-5121 Amd. 2 (Hacienda Mandaue), on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 2616-0, and on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 2616-B both of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 74 deg. 16' W., 2,525.24 m. from BLLM No. 1, Mandaue City;

Bearings true; date of original survey September to October 1911 and that of the subdivision survey May 15 to 16, 1973.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 2616-C of the subdivision plan, on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 2613, II-5121 Amd. 2 (Hacienda Mandaue), on the NW., along line 3-4 by Creek, and on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 2616-E of the subdivision plan.
