CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED ALONG ACACIA AVENUE, MADRIGAL BUSINESS PARK, BARANGAY AYALA ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Zone, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 02-343 dated 30 October 2002 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an area located along Acacia Avenue, Madrigal Business Park, Barangay Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, consisting of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY SIX (1,246) SQUARE METERS, as defined by the following technical description:
A parcel of land (Lot 9, Block 2 of the subdivision plan Psd-13-018255, being a portion of Block 9, Pcs-04-000354, L.R.C. Record No. 6137), situated in the Barangay of Alabang (now Barangay Ayala Alabang), Muncipality of Muntinlupa (now City of Muntinlupa), Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-5 by Road Lot 2; on the SE., along line 5-6 by Lot 10, Block 2, both of the subdivision plan; on the SW., along lines 6-10 by Road Lot 9, Pcs-04-000354 (Road Widening); beyond Road Lot 31, Pcs-04-000105 (Acacia Avenue); and on the NW., along line 10-1 by Lot 8, Block 2 of the subdivision plan.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being N. 82 deg. 37' W., 1124.42 m. from Monument No. 33, Muntinlupa Estate;
beginning, containing an area of ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY SIX (1,246) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS. cyl. conc. Mons., 15 x 60 cm., except points 7 to 9 by Old PS. Cyl. Conc. Mons., 15 x 60 cm., bearings true, date of original survey, during 1907 (Muntinlupa Estate) that of the subdivision survey on January 15-20, 1991. Approved on June 27, 1991.
