DECLARING THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2010, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON
WHEREAS, Thursday, November 4, 2010, the Province of Quezon marks the remembrance and recognition of the heroism of Hermano Puli, the great man from Lukban, Quezon;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR. Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Thursday, November 4, 2010, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and cause the seal of the Republic of the Philippine to be affixed.
