Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolution No. 10-545 dated 11 November 2010, of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, certain parcels of land located at Barangay Canlubang, Calamba City, Laguna for inclusion to the existing Carmelray Industrial Park I Special Economic Zone with an area of Five Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Five (5,535) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot 23-A

A parcel of land ( Lot 23-A, of the subd. plan, Psd-04-158612, being a portion of Lot 23, Pcs-043405-008347, LRC Rec. No.) situated in the Brgy. of Canlubang, Municipality of Calamba, Province of Laguna.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 23-E, of the subd. plan; on the NE., and SE., along lines 2-3-4 by Road Lot 6, Pcs-04-005474; on the SE., along line 4-5 by Road Lot 3, Pcs-04-3405-008347; on the SW., along lines 5-6-7 by Road Lot 9, Pcs-043405-008347; on the NW., along line 7-8 by Lot 23-B; along line 8-9, by Lot 23-C; on the NE., along line 9-1 by Lot 23-E., all of the subd. plan,
