AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 111, DATED NOVEMBER 19, 1936 WHICH DESIGNATED THE ENTIRE SAN PEDRO MILITARY RESERVATION LOCATED IN SAN PEDRO, ILOILO CITY AS PHILIPPINE ARMY POST BY SEGREGATING CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME AS SITE OF THE OFFICE OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMIC AND DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (NEDA) – REGION VI AND GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES-NEDA



Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I , BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 111 dated November 19 1936 which designated the entire San Pedro Military Reservation located in Iloilo City as Philippine Army Post by segregating a certain portion of the land embraced therein containing an area of Four Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Seven (4,397) square meters, more or less, and reserving the same as site of the Office of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA)—Region VI and granting ownership thereof in favor of the Republic of the Philippines.—NEDA, subject to private rights if any there be, which portion of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 4476, Cad-23, Sgs-06-000225, portion of Lot 1051, Cad-23, lloilo Cadastre), situated at Fort San Pedro lloilo City, Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by NBI Site, portion of Lot 1051, lloilo Cad.; on the SW., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Fort San Pedro Road; on the NW., along line 5-6 by portion of Lot 1036; along line 6-7 by Gymnasium, a portion of Lot 1036; and on the NW. and NE., along lines 7-8-1 by Iloilo High School (ICHS) site, portion of Lot 1051, all of lloilo Cadaste.

Beginning at point marked “1? on Lot 4476, Cad-23, Sgs-06-000225 beina S. 68 deg. 39' E., 1,135.47 m. from BLLM No. 1, lloilo City, thence:

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyl. conc. mons.; bearing true date of survey on April 6, 1976 and was approved on April 23, 1976.

The tract or tracts of land reserved under the provision of Section 83 of the Public Land Act shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared alienable under the provision of this Act or by proclamation of the President.

The Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the corresponding Special Patent in favor of RP-NEDA.
