[ PROCLAMATION NO. 142-A, April 25, 2011 ]

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 142 DATED 06 APRIL 2011 BY DECLARING TUESDAY, MAY 3, 2011 INSTEAD OF MONDAY, MAY 2, 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, BATANGAS



WHEREAS, April 27 – May 3, 2011 marks the week-long celebration of the town fiesta of the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas;

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 142 dated 06 April 2011 declared Monday, May 2, 2011 as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas;

WHEREAS, the Office of the Mayor requested that May 3, 2011 instead of May 2, 2011 be declared as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 142 dated 06 April 2011 and declare Tuesday, May 3, 2011 instead of Monday, May 2, 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bauan, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
