CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY PANTAY BATA, TANAUAN CITY, BATANGAS, AS AN INCLUSION TO THE EXISTING FIRST PHILIPPINE INDUSTRIAL PARK-SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate several parcels of land, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Resolution No. 10-511 (s. 2010) of the Board of Directors of PEZA, an area located at Barangay Pantay Bata, Tanauan City, Batangas for inclusion to the existing First Philippine Industrial Park-Special Economic Zone, with an area of Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Nine (215,829) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

Lot1-B Psd-406929

A parcel of land (Lot 1-B of the subdivision plan [LRA] Psd-406929 approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 1, Pcs-04-016095, LRC Rec. No. 522 etc), situated in the Barrio of Pantay, Municipality of Tanauan, Province of Batangas, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NW., & NE., points 39 to 53. & 53 to 1 by Lot 1-A of the subdivision plan; on the SE., & NE., points 1 to 4 by Lot 13; on the SE., & SW., points 4 to 11 by Lot 12; on the SW., points 11 to 13 by Lot 2; on the NE., N., NW., W., & SW., points 13 to 39 by Lot 11, all of Pcs-04-016095.

Beginning at a point marked “1? on plan being S. 16 deg.21' W., 515.03 m. from B.B.M. No. 10, Tanauan, Batangas.
