CREATING AND DESIGNATING AN EXISTING BUILDING TO BE KNOWN AS RELIANCE I.T. CENTER ESTABLISHED ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 99 E. RODRIGUEZ JR., BARRIO UGONG, PASIG CITY, METRO MANILA, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 10-476 (s. 2010) of the PEZA Board of Directors, the Reliance I.T. Center with a gross floor area of 19,824 square meters, more or less, established on a parcel of land located at 99 E. Rodriguez Jr., Barrio Ugong, Pasig City, Metro Manila, containing an area of FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FOUR (4,184) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

(LRC) Psd-196565

A parcel of land (Lot 2-B-1 of the subdivision plan (LRA) Psd-196565 approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 2-B, (LRC) Psd-182507, L.R.C. Record No. 699, 875 & 917), situated in the Barrio of Ugong, Municipality of Pasig, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., points 7 to 8 and 8 to 1 by Lot 2-A, (LRC) Psd-182507; on the SE., and SW., points 1 to 3 byLot2-B-2 of the subd. plan: on the NW., & SW., points 3 to 5 byLot1, (LRC) Psd-4405; and on the NW, points 5 to 7 by E., Rodriguez. Jr. Ave.

Beginning at a point marked “1? on plan, being S. 65 deg. 41 ‘E., 2667.65 m. from BLLM#1, Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong, Rizal.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 4 & 6 by Old PLS; point 5 by Old PS; point 7 by Old “X” on Conc. wall; point 8 by Old Spike on conc. wall and the rest by P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons 15 x 60 cm., bearings true; date of Original Survey, April 8, 1920 – Feb. 21. 1921, and that of the subdivision survey, executed by Manuel G. Anonuevo, Geodetic Engineer, on Feb. 22, 1974.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed hereto.
