[ PROCLAMATION NO. 255, September 20, 2011 ]

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 OCTOBER 2011, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL



WHEREAS, Friday, 21 October 2011, the Province of Negros Oriental marks the celebration of the “Buglasan Festival“;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Province of Negros Oriental the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 21 October 2011, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Friday, 21 October 2011, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
