AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 936 DATED AUGUST 11, 1997, WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN THE CITY OF OLANGAPO, ISLAND OF LUZON FOR THE USE OF THE CITY OF OLANGAPO BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP OVER THE PARCELS OF LAND RESERVED FOR ITS USE EXCEPT THOSE PORTIONS RESERVED AND BEING UTILIZED FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 936 dated August 11, 1997, which reserved certain parcels of land of the public domain located in the City of Olangapo, by granting ownership in favor of the City of Olangapo over the parcels of land reserved for its use except those parcels which are reserved and utilized for school site purposes, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue the Special Patent in favor of the City Government of Olongapo covering the parcels of land subject of this Proclamation, provided that the same are subject to recall when public interest and welfare so demand.
