PROCLAMATION NO. 487 DECLARING MONDAY, OCTOBER 20, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY I N THE CITY OF ORMOC



WHEREAS, Monday, October 20, 2003, marks the 56th Charter Day anniversary of the City of Ormoc;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Ormoc City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL - ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, October 20, 2003, as special (non-working) day in the City of Ormoc.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed
