RESERVING FOR PUBLIC MARKET SITE PURPOSES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF OZAMIZ, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF OZAMIZ, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from any disposition, either through sale, lease or settlement and reserve parcels of land of the public domain for public market site purposes of the City Government of Ozamiz, situated in Ozamiz City, Misamis Occidental, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

Misamis Cadastre, Rel-10-000154

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 5399, Cad-240, Misamis Cadastre, Rel-10-000154) situated in the Centro, City of Ozamiz, Province of Misamis Occidental, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Existing Road (20.00 m. wide) formerly part of Lot 5401, Cad-240; on the S., along line 2-3 by Lot 9222, Cad-240 (Market Site); on the SW., along line 3-4 by Existing Road (20.00 m. wide); on the W., along line 4-5 by Accretion of Panguil Bay; on the NW., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot 5400, Cad-240 (formerly Lot 373-B, Psd-17312); on the NE., along lines 7-8-1 by Zamora Street (20.00 m. wide).

Beginning at a point marked “1? on the plan being S. 30 deg. 44' W., 100.87 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad 240, Misamis Cadastre, thence:

POST on the ground. Bearings true. Date of Survey, September 15, 2004 executed by Edgar B. Ybañez, Geodetic Engineer and approved on March 3, 2005.

Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 5399, Cad-240; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 7433, Cad 240; on the SE., and SW., along lines 3-4-5-6-1 by Lot 9222-B of the subdivision plan, Csd-10-016662-D (Existing Road).

Beginning from a point marked “1? on plan being S. 50 deg. 16' W., 197.72 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad 240, Misamis Cadastre, thence:

Date of Original Survey December 1926-March 1933 and that of the subdivision on September 22, 2004, executed by Edgar B. Ybañez, Geodetic Engineer, and approved on March 15, 2005.
