Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL- ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve certain parcels of land, containing an aggregate area of NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTEEN (9,115) SQUARE METERS, for building site purposes of the Philippine Postal Corporation (PPC), situated in the District of Ermita, City of Manila, in accordance with Section 83, Title V, Chapter XII of Commonwealth Act No. 141, otherwise known as the "Public Land Act", and more particularly described as follows:
