[ PROCLAMATION NO. 469, September 15, 2003 ]
DECLARING MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TAAL, BATANGAS
WHEREAS, Monday, December 8, 2003, marks the 400th Anniversary of Our Lady of Caysasay, the patroness of the Municipality of Taal; and
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of the Municipality of Taal, Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare , December 8, 2003, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Taal, Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
