DECLARING SATURDAY, 22 FEBRUARY 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PEDRO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS , the City of San Pedro, Laguna marks the celebration of its town fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. Peter, the Apostle, and the holding of the “Sampaguita Festival 2014” on Saturday, 22 February 2014;
WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pedro, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR. , Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Saturday, 22 February 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pedro, Laguna.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
