Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the “Special Economic Zone Act of 1995,” as amended by RA No. 8748 and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011), and Resolution No. 14-004 (s. 2014), as amended, of the PEZA Board of Directors, as an Information Technology (IT) Center, to be known as the Aeon Center, which stands on two parcels of land, located at Lot Nos. 2A and 3, Block 45, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang-Zapote Road corner North Bridgeway Avenue, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, with an aggregate area of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Five (3,905) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 2-A, as shown on subdivision plan, PSD-00-042985, being a portion of Lot 2, PSD-00-040475 Rec. No. 6137), situated in Barangay Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 1, PSD-00-040475; on the S., along lines 2-3-4 by Road Lot 1, PCS-00-007054 (47.00 m. wide); on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot 2-B of the subdivision plan; on the W., along line 5-6 by Road Lot 26, PCS-00-007054, on the N., along line 6-7 by Lot 3 and on the E., along line 7-1 by Lot 7, both of PSD-00-040475.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 19 deg. 22' W., 1,462.58 m. from LM No. 3, Muntinlupa Estate; thence:

Bounded on the E., along line 1-2 by Road Lot 33, PCS-00-007054; along line 2-3 by Lot 7; on the S., along line 3-4 by Lot 2, both of the subdivision plan; on the W., along line 4-5 by Road Lot 26, PCS-00-007054 (42.00 m. wide); and on the N., along line 5-1 by Lot 4 of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 19 deg. 22' W., 1,462.58 m. from LM No. 3, Muntinlupa Estate; thence:
