DECLARING TUESDAY, 10 MAY 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PRESIDENT ROXAS, PROVINCE OF COTABATO
WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 4869 approved on 8 May 1967 created the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato;
WHEREAS, the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato marks its 49th Foundation Anniversary on Tuesday, 10 May 2016 instead of 8 May 2016 which falls on a Sunday;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA, JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, do hereby declare Tuesday, 10 May 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of President Roxas, Cotabato.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 8th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Sixteen.
