CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, KNOWN AS PSMT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) BUILDING, WHICH WILL BE ESTABLISHED ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT NO. 73 ORTIGAS AVENUE EXTENSION, BARANGAY STA. LUCIA, PASIG CITY, AS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUILDING PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748
Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby create and designate as Information Technology Building, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution Nos. 00-411 and 04-034 dated 29 December 2000 and 17 February 2004, respectively, of the PEZA Board of Directors, the PSMT IT Building, which will be established on a parcel of land of the private domain, situated at No. 73 Ortigas Avenue Extension, Barangay Sta. Lucia, Pasig City, with an defined by the following technical descriptions:

A parcel of land (Lot 14-A-2-A-1 of the subdivision plan (LRA) Psd-371004 approved as a non-subdivision project, being a portion of Lot 14-A-2-A, Psd-007403-028127-D; L.R.C. Rec. No. 13181), situated in the Barrio of Rosario, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the Northeast, points 1 to 5 by Lot 14-A-2-B (Road Widening) Psd-007403-028127-D, and beyond by Provincial Road (Ortigas Avenue); on the East, and South, points 5 to 7 by Lot 14-A-2-A-2 of the subdivision plan; and on the West, points 7 to 8 and 8 to 1 by Lot 14-A-1, (LRC) Psd-2069.
