DECLARING MONDAY, 19 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TACURONG
WHEREAS, the City of Tacurong marks its 16th Cityhood Anniversary and Talakudong Festival 2016 on Sunday, 18 September 2016;
WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tacurong celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Monday, 19 September 2016, be declared as a special non-working day instead of 18 September 2016, which falls on a Sunday;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacurong be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 19 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacurong.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 4th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, two thousand and sixteen.
