DECLARING TUESDAY, 27 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALVAR, BATANGAS
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas marks the 151st birth anniversary of General Miguel Malvar on Tuesday, 27 September 2016;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 27 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Malvar, Batangas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of August .intheyearof Our Lord, Two Thousand and Sixteen.
