DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN
WHEREAS, Thursday, September 23, 2004, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Naval, Biliran; and
WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval, Biliran, be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their Municipality’s history with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, September 23, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran, to be known as "Pueblo Day"
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
