RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN APLAYA, DIGOS, DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO AS OFFICE AND NURSERY SITES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES – PROVINCIAL OFFICE

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve parcels of land of the public domain situated at Aplaya, Digos, Davao del Sur, identified as Lot Nos. 2 and 3, Block 430, TS-11-000048, containing an aggregate area of TWELVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE (12,999) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as office and nursery sites of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Provincial Office (PENRO), subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:


A parcel of land, (Lot 2, block 430, Ts-11-000048) (As-11-000212), situated at Barangay Aplaya, Municipality of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NW., along line 3-4 by public land; on the SE., along line 4-5 by NAPOCOR line; on the SW., along line 5-1 by Lot 1, Block 430, Ts-11-000048 and on the NW., along lines 1-2-3 by Superhighway.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 39 deg. 33’E., 2,716 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad-275, thence:

N. 33° 57’ E.,	9.92 m. to point 2;
N. 25° 54’ E.,	101.07 m. to point 3;
N. 80° 35’ E.,	31.24 m. to point 4;
S. 12° 46’ W.,	111.50 m. to point 5
N. 85° 25’ W.,	56.05 m. to point of beginning

Containing an area of FOURS THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR (4,424) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All corners are G. S. Cyl. Con. Mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearings true; Date of Advance Survey was on April 29, 1998 by Geodetic Engineer Isidro P. Guarra and was approved on July 30, 1998.


A parcel of land, (Lot 3, block 430, Ts-11-000048) (As-11-000212), situated in the Barangay of Aplaya, Municipality of Digos, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao.

Bounded on the NE., along lines 2-3-4-5 by Public Land; on the SW., along line 5-1 by Road; on the NW., along line 1-2 by NAPOCOR line.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 38 deg. 27’ E., 2,850.34 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad 275, thence:

N. 12° 46’ E.,	216.90 m. to point 2;
S. 08° 26’ E.,	144.04 m. to point 3;
S. 08° 14’ E.,	42.41 m. to point 4;
S. 14° 23’ E.,	31.90 m. to point 5;
N. 87° 22’ W.,	83.13 m. to point of beginning

Containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE (8,575) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All corners are G.S. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 40 cms. Bearings true; Date of Advance Survey was on April 29, 1998 by Geodetic Engineer Isidro P. Guarra and was approved on July 30, 1998.
