DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS
WHEREAS, the City of Navotas marks the celebration of its 111th Founding Anniversary on Monday, 16 January 2017;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Navotas.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 14th day of December, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Sixteen.
