DECLARING FRIDAY, 3 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN
WHEREAS on Friday 3 February 2017, the City of Cabanatuan matks the celebration of its 67th Foundation Anniversary.
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary by authority or the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 3 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City ot Cabanatuan
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal ol the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done tn the City of Manila, this 11th day of January in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Seventeen.
