DECLARING TUESDAY, 25 APRIL 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF BASILAN
WHEREAS, Tuesday, 25 April 2017, marks the celebration of the 16th Founding Anniversary of the City of Isabela, Basilan;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela, Basilan, be given full oppurtunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 25 April 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Isabela, Basilan.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
