[ PROCLAMATION NO. 272, July 20, 2017 ]
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 AUGUST 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO
WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 16 August 2017, the City of Tuguegarao marks the celebration of its 2017 Pavvurulun "Afi" Festival; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the Presdent, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 16 August 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done in the City of Manila, this 20th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Two Thousand and Seventeen.
