[ PROCLAMATION NO. 805, March 14, 2005 ]
DECLARING A STATE OF CALAMITY IN MUNICIPALITY OF MABINI, PROVINCE OF BOHOL
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, do hereby declare a state of calamity in Municipal of Mabini, Province of Bohol, in view of the mass food poisoning incident that took the lives of twenty seven (27) elementary school children and hospitalization of more one hundred (100) victims in said locality.
All departments and other government agencies concerned are hereby directed to extend relief and medical assistance to those affected in accordance with existing operational plans and directives and orders issued for the purpose.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
