DECLARING FRIDAY, 29 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIATT(WON-WORKTWG) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN RAFAEL, PROVINCE OF BULACAN
WHEREAS, Friday 29 September 2017, marks the 267 th Foundation Day of the Municipality of San Rafael Province of Bulacan; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Rafael, Bulacan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 29 September 2017 as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Rafael, Province of Bulacan.
