DECLARING TUESDAY, 26 SEPTEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NAVAL, PROVINCE OF BILIRAN
WHEREAS, Tuesday, 26 September 2017, marks the 157th Pueblo Day (Charter Day) of the Municipality of Naval, Province of Biliran; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Naval, Biliran, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 26 September 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of naval, Province of Biliran.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
