DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF LAGAWE CENTRAL SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN MUNICIPALITY OF LAGAWE, PROVINCE OF IFUGAO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare as civil reservation for school site purposes of Lagawe Central School under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of public domain situated at Barangay Poblacion South, Municipality of Lagawe, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon, containing an area of Twenty Four Thousand Two Hundred Eight (24,208) square meters, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:


A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot of 96, Cad-996-D), situated at Municipality of Lagawe, Province of Ifugao, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on NW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 97 (psu-2-06-003897); on the N., along line 3-4 by National Road (20.00 meters wide); on the SE., along lines 4-5-6-7-8-9 by Abul Street; on the SW., along line 9-10-11-12-13-14 by Dotal St.; and on the NW., along line 14-15-1 by Cuta Drive.

Beginning at a point marked as Corner "1" of Lot 96, Cad-996-D being N. 33 deg. 19’ W., 341.47 m. from BLLM No. 1 to Corner 1, Cad. 996-D, Lagawe Cadastre, thence;

S. 61 deg. 22’ E.,	19.75 m. to point 2;
N. 33 deg. 44’ E.,	22.91 m. to point 3;
S. 57 deg. 24’ E..	227.13 m. to point 4;
S. 24 deg. 54’ E.,	7.18 m. to point 5;
S. 00 deg. 36’ E.,	10.32 m. to point 6;
S. 26 deg. 22’ W.,	17.40 m. to point 7;

Beginning, containing an area of Twenty Four Thousand Two Hundred Eight (24,208) square meters, more or less.

All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by Pls cyl. conc. mons. 15X60 cms. Bearings Grid. Date of survey on December 1, 1987 – May 3, 1988 executed by Engr. Dominador B. Aurelio and was approved on December 16, 1991.

This proclamation shall be deemed automatically revoked or cancelled in the event that the reservation no longer serves the purpose for which it was originally established and /or has been abandoned by the said reservee and the area covered thereby be forthwith reverted to the mass of forestland under the administrative jurisdiction of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through its appropriate agency.
