DECLARING TUESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SARANGANI
WHEREAS, the Province of Sarangani will celebrate its 25 th Founding Anniversary on Tuesday, 28 November 2017; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Sarangani, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday 28 November 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Sarangani.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
