DECLARING TUESDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, NUEVA ECIJA
WHEREAS, on Tuesday, 05 December 2017, the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija, marks the celebration of its 52nd Foundation Day; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 05 December 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Nueva Ecija.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the sea! of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
