[ PROCLAMATION NO. 418, June 03, 1957 ]
RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE KNIGHTS OF RIZAL, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN SOUTH HARBOR, PORT AREA DISTRICT, CITY OF MANILA
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or other disposition and reserve for building site purposes under the administration of the Supreme Council of the Knights of Rizal, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain portion of the private domain of the government situated in South Harbor, Port Area District, City of Manila, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
“A parcel of land (lot 3, block 3 of the resurvey and subdivision plan Swo-20567, being a portion of certain portion of Reclamation Plan 1, L.R.C. Record No. ), situated in the South Harbor, Port Area District, City of Manila. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Bonifacio Drive; along line 2-3 by lot 4, block 3, of the resurvey and subdivision plan; along line 3-4 by Railroad Street; and along line 4-1 by Jot 2, block 3, of the resurvey and subdivision plan. Beginning, at a point marked 1. on plan, being N. 40° 53′ W., 314.13 meters from fire hydrant 31 yr. 1948 new, City of Manila and N. 25° 26′ W., 622.13 meters from fire hydrant (unnumbered) City of Manila, thence S. 32° 06′ E., 24 meters to point 2; thence S. 57° 44′ W., 51.14 meters to point 3; thence N. 31° 52′ W., 24 meters to point 4; thence N. 57° 44′ E., 51.04 meters to point 1, point of beginning; containing an area of 1,226 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by concrete monuments marked B. L.; bearings true; date of the resurvey-and subdivision survey, December 2-3, 1947, and March 29, 1948.”
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
