RESERVING FOR HEALTH CENTER SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN THE CITY OF MANILA



Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 64(e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for Health Center site purposes, under the administration of the City of Manila, subject to the private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the private domain of the Government situated in the City of Manila, and more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 8-c—A parcel of land (Lot No. 8-c, Block No. 2617 of the subdivision plan Psd-10055, being a portion of Lot No. 8, Block No. 2617, of the Cadastral Survey of the City of Manila, G.L.R.O. Cadastral Record No. 239), situated in the District of San Miguel, City of Manila. Bounded on the N. by Calle Novaliches; on the E. by Lot No. 9, Block No. 2617, Manila Cadastre, on the S. by Lot No. 8-B, Block No. 2617 of the subdivision plan and on the W., by lot 8-D, Block 2617 of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 76-56 E; 114.58 meters more or less from B.L.L.M. No. 12, Manila Cadastre and N. 81-13E; 98.22 meters from Fire Hydrant No. 263, Manila Cadastre; thence N. 0-04 W; 17.26 meters to point 2; thence S. 87-43 E; 11.74 meters to point 3; thence S 1-52 E; 5.51 meters to point 4; .thence S. 1-11 E; 1630 meters to point 5; thence N. 89-57 W; 12.12 meters to the point of beginning. Containing an area of 203.4 meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and on the ground, points 1 and 2 are marked PLS concrete monuments 15 X 60 cm., points 3 and 4 by old spikes on wall and point 5 by G. I., spike on wall, bearings true; declination variable; date of original survey, October 10-November 30, 1920 and that of the subdivision survey, January 16, 1934 (TCT 40906, Blk. 479).

Lot No. 9-A.—A parcel of land (Lot No. 9-A, Block No. 2617, of the subdivision plan Psd-10894, being a portion of Lot No. 9, Block No. 2617 of the Cadastral Survey of the City of Manila, G.L.R.O. Cadastral Record No. 239), situated in the District of San Miguel, City of Manila. Bounded on the N. by Calle Novaliches; on the E. by lot No. 9-B, Block No. 2617 of the subdivision plan; and on the S. by Lot No, 9-B, Block No. 2617, of the subdivision plan; and on the W. by Lots Nos. 8-B and 8-C, Block No. 2617; Psd-10055. Beginning at a point marked on plan, being N. 80° 10′E., 141.31meters, more or less, B.L.L.M. No. 12, Manila Cadastre; thence N. 87° 12′ W., 15.51 teeters to point 2; thence N. 1° 11′ W., 12.49 meters to point 3; thence N. 1° 52′ W., 5.51 meters to point 4; thence S. 87° 16′ E., 15.84 meters to point 5; thence S. 0° 22′ E., 17.9.9 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 281.10 meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and on the ground, point 1 is marked by P.L.S. concrete monuments 15 X 60 cm. point 2 by G.I. spike face of wall, point 3 by Old G.I., spike of wall and point 4 by Old spike on wall and point 5 by G.I. spike corner pilaster wall; bearings true; declination variable; date of original survey, October 10 to November 30, 1920; and that of the subdivision survey, December 19, 1934.
