[ PROCLAMATION NO. 473, January 15, 1958 ]

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 189, SERIES OF 1928, WHICH RESERVED A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR MILITARY PURPOSES, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF OZAMIS (NOW OZAMIS CITY), PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MISAMIS, A PORTION THEREOF AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR CITY HALL SITE PURPOSES



By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 189, series of 1928, which reserved a certain portion of the private domain of the Government for military purposes situated in the municipality of Ozamis (now Ozamis City), province of Occidental Misamis, a portion thereof and reserve the same for City Hall site purpose under the administration of the City of Ozamis, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch which corresponds to point 1 of Bureau of Lands plan Ff-218, S. 46° 02′ W., 262.91 meters from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Misamis; thence N. 57° 25’ E., 10.0 meters to point 2; thence S. 68 ° 30′ E., 223 meters to point 2n; thence S. 55° 00′ W., 262 meters to point 1a; thence N. 0° 05′ W., 229.60 meters to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of twenty four thousand six hundred fifty-six (24,656) square meters, more or less. (Note: Point 1-A is equivalent to 2 of Bl plan Ff-218.)

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-eight, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the twelfth.
