RESERVING FOR MILITARY PURPOSES A PORTION OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PASUQUIN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for military purposes, under the administration of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Pasuquin, province of Ilocos Norte, particularly described in A. M. S. 8712, First Edition (AMS 1) 1944, sheet 3266 II, Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan AMC, 8713, First Edition (AMS 1) 1944, sheet 3266 II, equivalent to corner 56 of Plan of Provincial reservation, Metropolitan Water Works dated 18 August 1931, hearing S. 33° W., approximately 2.5 km. more or less from Mon. Containing an area 423.7557 hectares more or less.
