RESERVING FOR CHEST CENTER CLINIC SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT SITUATED IN DAGUPAN CITY
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority-vested in me by law, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from sale or settlement and reserve for chest center clinic site purposes under the administration of the City of Dagupan, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the private domain of the Government situated in the City of Dagupan and more particularly described, to wit:
A parcel of land, (Lot 2 of the consolidation and subdivision plan Bcs-2044, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 3680-1, 3680-J, 3680-K, 3680-L, 3680-M and 3680-X described on plan Psd-10000, L.R.C. Record No. -——), situated in the City of Dagupan. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-4 by Avenida Torres Bugallon; along line 4-5 by Lot 1 of the consolidation and subdivision plan; along line 5-6 by Pantal River; and along line 6-1 by Lot 3681, Dagupan Cadastre (The City Government of Dagupan).
Beginning at a point marked 1 oh plan, being S. 82° 11′ W., 232,75 meters from B.B.M. 6, Dagupan Cadastre, thence N. 83° 34′ W., 0.30 meters to point 2; thence N. 83° 34′ W., 9.70 meters to point 3; thence N. 83° 34′ W., 3.93 meters to point 4; thence N. 12° 13′ E., 56.82 meters to point 5; thence S. 69° 47′ E., 14.03 meters to point 6; thence S. 12° 15′ W., 53.46 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 764 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 4 and 5 by B.L. Cylinder Concrete Monument and. the rest by old corners; bearings true; date of the original survey, February 1925 to December 1925 and that of the consolidation and subdivision survey, March 30-31, 1954, by Pedro C. Rico, Public Land Surveyor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
