[ PROCLAMATION NO. 530, September 02, 1958 ]
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 51, DATED NOVEMBER 15, 1922, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CONSTABULARY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALAKAG, PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, CERTAIN PORTION THEREOF AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALAKAG
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of sections 83 and 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, Carlos P. Garcia, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 51, dated November 15, 1922, which established the constabulary reservation in the municipality of Talakag, province of Bukidnon, island of Mindanao, certain portion thereof and reserve the same for municipal building site purposes under the administration of the municipality of Talakag, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point marked 1A on sketch plan attached, being. N. 46° 30′ E., 97 meters from point 1 (corner of Provincial road to Cagayan and street), thence, N. 46° 30′ E., 53 meters to point 2, thence S, 42° 43′ E., 80 meters to point 3; thence S. 23° 00′ W., 47.50 meters to point 4; thence S. 86° 00′ W., 27 meters to point 5; thence N. 19° 39′ W., 67.27 meters to point 1A, point of beginning; containing an area of 5,889.86 square meters, more or less.
