DECLARING MONDAY, 18 DECEMBER 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TACLOBAN
WHEREAS , the City of Tacloban marks the celebration of the anniversary of its conversion into a highly urbanized city on Monday, 18 December 2017; and
WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tacloban be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE. do hereby declare Monday, 18 December 2017. as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tacloban.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
