CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND. UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT 8ARANGAY ALANG-ALANG, MANDAUE CITY, CEBU, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (MEDICAL TOURISM CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No, 7916, otherwise known as the 'Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 " as amended by RA No. 8748. and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I,ROPRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a buildingto be known as the Maayo Medical, with a qross floor area of Thirty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred One and 53/100 Square Meters (32,701.53 m2 ) more or less and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located at BarangayAlang-Alang, Mandaue City, Cebu, containing an area of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen Square meters (4,717 m2 ) , more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916. as amended by Resolution No 17-556. and 16-190 (s. 2016) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as a Special Economic Zone (Medical Tourism Center), as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 2 of the consolidation-subdivision 007118), being a portion of the consolidation-subdivision of A, Psd-07~36065, 2299-B-1, Psd-072230-028615 & 2300-A, Psd-07- 019781 situated in the Barangay of Alang-Alang, City of Mandaue Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3-4 by Lot 5; on the SE , line 4-5 by Lot 3 (Road), both of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-07-007118; on the SW., along lines 5-6-7 by Lot 2301, 11-5121 Amd. 2; on the NW., along line 7-1 by Lot 1 of the consolidation-subdivision, Pcs-07-007118.

Beginning at a point marked “1" on the plan. being N. 43 deg, 41' E., 1870.71 m. from BLLM No. 1 Mandaue City:

thenceS. 41 deg. 40' E., 41. 16 m. to point 3;
thenceS. 41 deg. 20' E., 29. 62 m. to point 4;
thenceS.49deg. 41' W., 62. 40 m. to point 5;
thenceN. 42 deg. 18' W.,64. 06 m to point 6;
thenceN. 41 deg. 17' W., 10.96 m. to point 7;
thenceN. 49 deg. 44' E., 63. 18 m. to the point of

beginning, containing an area of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen Square Meters (4, 717 m2), more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc. mons. 15x40 cm; except point 6 by Old PS cyl, conc. mons, 15x60 cm; bearings; true; date of original survey, September to October 1911, and that of the consolidation-subdivision survey, executed by Geodetic Engineer Leo G. Maratas on 09 July 2016, and was approved on 25 July 2016.

IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the republic of the Philippines to be affixed hereto.
