DECLARING TUESDAY, 20 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION
WHEREAS, Tuesday. 20 March 2018, marks the celebration of the Cityhood Anniversary of the Cityof San Fernando, La Union; and
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Fernando, La Union be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of me President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 20 March 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Fernando, La Union.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
