[ PROCLAMATION NO. 868, June 27, 2005 ]
AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 267 (S. 2002) ENTITLED RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE DAVAO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAYS CAMANSI, PROSPERIDAD, AND BANSALAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MONTEVISTA, COSPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend the 1st paragraph of Proclamation No. 267 dated September 30, 2002, and shall accordingly read as follows:
"Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment of Natural Resources, and virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I GLORAI MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw fro sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Davao National Agricultural School, under the administration of Technical Education and Skill Development Authority, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Barangays Camansi, Prosperidad, and Bansalan, Municipality of Montevista, Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao, which parcel of land are more particularly described as follows:".
IN WITNESS THEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
Done, in the City of Manila this 27th day of June in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Five.
