RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR STATION/OFFICE SITE OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP) PANTUKAN, SITUATED IN BARANGAY KINGKING, MUNICIPALITY OF PANTUKAN, PROVINCE OF COMPOSTELA VALLEY, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserved for Police Station/Office site of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Pantukan, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Kingking, Pantukan, Compostela Valley, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows to wit:
Lot 137-A, Csd-11-015793-D
A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 137-S Csd-11-015793-D, situated in Barangay Kingking, Municipality of Pantukan, Province of Compostela Valley, Island of Mindanao.
Bounded on the N., along line 3-4 by Lot 138; along line 4-5 by Lot 139, and along line 5-6 by Lot 140, all on Cad 277 Ext.; and on the E., S., and W., along lines 6-1-2-3 by Lot 137-B, all of the subdivision plan.
Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan being N. 64-21'W., 1,600.93 m. from BLLM. No. 1, Cad. 277 Ext., thence:
Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND FORTY NINE (1,049) SQUARE METERS more or less. All points referred to are indicated on plan and are marked on the ground by Old BL. Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15 x 50 cm. Bearing true. Date of original survey was issued on February 15 to March 20, 1984 and that of the Subdivision Survey was executed on August 22, 2004 by Geodetic Engr. Dennis B. Suaybaguio and was approved on September 22, 2004.
The tract of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease, or other disposition until again declared as alienable by proclamation of the President.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
