CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED ALONG DAANG HARI ROAD, MOLINO IV, BACOOR CITY, CAVITE, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO, 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748



Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as VistaHub BPO Molino, with a gross floor area of Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Three and Fifty-Three Hundredths square meters (19,783.53 m2), more or less, and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located along Daang Hari Road, Molino IV, Bacoor City, Cavite, with an area of Two Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Four square meters (2,634 m2), more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066"(s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 16-518 (s. 2016), as amended by Resolution No. 18-209 (s. 2018) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as a Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:

A Parcel of Land (Portion of Lot 1, Pcs-04-028086 and Lot 6467-G, (LRC) Psd-288935. SP-04-000124-18, LRC Rec. No.) situated in Barangay of Molino, City of Bacoor, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 6468, Imus Estate; on the 'NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 1, Pcs-04-028086; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 1. Pcs-04-028086 & Lot 6467-G, (LRC) Psd-288935; on the SE., along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 6467-G, (LRC) Psd-288935; on the SW., along line 6-7 by Lot 6469; along line 7-1 by Lot 6468, both of Imus Estate.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on the plan, beinq N. 06 deg. 54' W., 296. 15 m. from Mon. No. 176, Imus Estate;

beginning, containing an area of Two Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Four square meters (2,634 m2). All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by P.S. cyi. cone rnons. 15x40 cms.; Bearings, true; date of original survey 27 July 1908-01 June 1908; and that of the special plan prepared on 12 January 2018 and was approved on 16 January 2018.

The special plan and technical description with an area of 2,634 square meters (being a portion of Lot 1, Pcs-04-028086 and Lot 6467-G, (LRC) Psd-288935 with an aggregate area of 10,528.20 square meters, covered by TCT Nos. 057-2013021082 and 057- 2016017950, respectively) prepared by Private Geodetic Ertgr. Marietta D. Espiritu: was verified by Engr. Edgar S. Barraca, Chief - Surveys and Mapping Division, DENR-Region IV, on 16 January 2018.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed hereto.
