[ PROCLAMATION NO. 70, January 07, 1963 ]
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 112, DATED NOVEMBER 19, 1936, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR PAVILION SITE PURPOSES OF THE ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS SOCIETY
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 112, dated November 19, 1936, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Zamboanga, and reserve the same for pavilion site purposes under the administration of the Anti-tuberculosis Society, subject to private right, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 1530-A-2 Sgs-2051-Amd.
A parcel of land (Lot 1530-A-2 of plan Sgs-2051 Amd), situated in the City of Zamboanga. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2, by lot No. 304, Zamboanga Cadastre; on the SE., along line 2-3, by lot No. 1530-A-l of plan Sgs-2051 Amd.; on the S., along lines 3-4-5-6, by road; and on the NW, along line 6-1, by lot No. 304, Zamboanga Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 70° 11′ W., 435.69 meters from Mon. 10, Zamboanga Cadastre, thence S. 71° 11′ E., 5,8.52 meters to point 2; thence S. 30° 54’W., 142.52 meters to point 3; thence S. 78° 40’W., 103.60 meters to point 4; thence N. 87° 11′ W-, 38.95 meters to point 5; thence N. 81° 50′ W., 83.50 meters to point 6; thence N. 58° 30′ E.; 282.53 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 15,000 square meters.
NOTE: All data are approximate and subject to change, as survey Sgs-2051 Amd., is still undergoing verification in the Bureau of Lands, Manila.
