RESERVING FOR BARRIO HALL AND PLAZA SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF ILOCANOS SUR, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for barrio hall and plaza site purposes, under the administration of the municipality of San Fernando, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the barrio of Ilocanos Sur, San Fernando, La Union, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel; of land (as shown on plan Mr-1178-D, L.R.C. Record No. ———), situated in the barrio of Ilocanos Sur, municipality of San Fernando, province of |La Union, Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by De Guzman Street; on the SW., along line 2-3, by property of Estrella L, de Valero; on the SW. and NW., along lines 3-4-5, by Foreshore; and on the NE., along line 5-1, by Langui Creek. Beginning at a point market 1 on plan, being N. 73° 05′ W., 484.76 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Mp of San Fernando, thence S. 15° 18′ W., 47.36 meters to point 2; thence N. 68° 00′ W., 37.04 meters to point 3; thence N. 68° 00′ W., 7.80 meters to point 4; thence N. 19° 58′ E., 49.69 meters to point 5; thence S. 64° 21′ E., 41.16 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 2,072 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: points 2 and 3 by old P.L.S. Cyl. conc, and the rest by P.S. Cyl. Cone. Mons.; bearings true; date of survey, June 16, 1962 which was approved on November 23, 1962.
In the use of the land for barrio hall and plaza site purposes, provision shall be made so that the site shall also serve as access to the beach and as an outlet for the drainage system of the municipality.
