EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE BAGUIO TOWNSITE RESERVATION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, SITUATED IN RESIDENCE SECTION “D”, CITY OF BAGUIO AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER X OF THE COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 141, AS AMENDED, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC LAND ACT
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of the Baguio Townsite Reservation a certain parcel of land embraced therein, situated in Residence Section “D”, City of Baguio, and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of Chapter X of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, otherwise known as the Public Land Act, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land (As shown, on plan Tsi-6631-D), situated in the Residence Section “D”, City of Baguio. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Public Land; on the SE., along line 2-3 by property of the Immaculate Concepcion (Lot 82, Rs-284-D); on the SW. along line 3-4 by Public Land; and on the NW., along line 4-1 by lot 147-B of plan 11-11932. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 24° 00′ E., 379.81 meters from Triangulation Station, “D”, Baguio Townsite, thence S. 53° 25′ E., 35.38 meters to point 2; thence S. 44° 03′ W., 99.08 meters to point 3; thence N. 35° 48′ W., 52.09 meters to point 4; and thence N. 54° 48′ E., 86.84 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 4,000 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 4 by P.S. cylindrical concrete monuments; point 2 by old P.L.S. cylindrical concrete monument; and point 3 by old Sq. monument 20 x 20 cm.; bearings true; date of survey, September 10, 1962 and that of the approval, January 11, 1963.
