[ PROCLAMATION NO. 88, March 02, 1963 ]
RESERVING FOR NAVAL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BACOOR BAY, CAVITE CITY, AND AUTHORIZING ITS RECLAMATION
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for naval purposes under the administration of the Philippine Navy, the following parcel of the public domain, containing 66.6 hectares, more or less, subject to future survey, situated in Bacoor Bay, Cavite City, to wit:
