[ PROCLAMATION NO. 91, March 15, 1963 ]

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 335, DATED SEPTEMBER 12, 1930, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MARKET SITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN TACLOBAN CITY, ISLAND OF LEYTE, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 335, dated September 12, 1930, which established the market site reservation situated in Tacloban City, Island of Leyte, certain portions of land embraced therein, and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which portions of land are more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Lot 143-A-2-A-1-C, Swo-40522

A parcel of land (Lot 143-A-2-A-1-C of the subdivision plan Swo-40522, being a portion of Lot 143-A-2-A-1 described on plan Mr-1’71 Amd., L.R.C. Cad. Record No.?????), situated in the City of Tacloban. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 196-B of plan (LRC) Psd-15678; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot 8-A of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 143—A-2-A-1-D of the subdivision plan? and on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot 143-A-2-A-1-A of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 56° 19′ W., 002.70 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Tacloban Cadastre; thence S. 41° 48′ W., 4.8:2 meters to point 2; thence N. 63° 27′ W., 5.93 meters to point 3; thence N. 15° 18′ E., 3.46 meters to point 4; thence S. 72° 28′ E., 7.97 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 28 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are ma rked on the ground as follows: point 1 by Old P.S. Cyl. Conc. Mon.; point 2 by Old B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mon; and the rest by P.S.. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 64° 43′ W., 640.42 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Tacloban Cad., thence N. 42° 08′ W., 4.00 meters to point 2; thence S. 69° 02′ E., 1.93 , meters to point 3; thence N. 19° 04′ E., 6.25 meters to point 4; thence S. 73° 25′ E., 5.01 meters to point 5; thence S. 41° ’24’ W., 9.00 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 27 square meters.
