RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land (Lot 169-A-2-A of the subdivision plan Bsd-20143, being a portion of Lot 169-A-2 described on plan Psd-13965, L.R.C. Record No.?????), situated in the City of Davao. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2, by Lot 168 and along line 2-3, by Lot 167, both of Davao Cad; on the NW., along line 3-4, by Lot 169-A-1 of plan Psd-13965; on the NE., along line 4-5, by Provincial Road; and on the SE., along line 5-1, by Lot 169-A-2-B of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 24° 40′ W., 603.34 meters from B.L.L.M. 31, Davao Cad., thence N. 50° 43′ W., 98.74 meters to point 2; thence N. 45″ 06′ W., 242.96 meters to point 3; thence N. 37° 21′ E., 44.02 meters to point 4; thence S. 51° 18′ E., 526.72 meters to point 5; thence S. 27° 08′ W., 72.71 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 20,278 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: point 3 by B.P.W./D.C.S.M., point 4 by Old B.PW D.C.S.M., point 5 by P.L.S. Cyl Cone. Mon.; and the rest by Old Points; bearings true; date of the original survey, February. 1912—May, 1920 and that of the subdivision survey August 26, 1953 which was apprved on Sept. 30 1953,
